The Flexibility Lab Method of Resistance Stretching is a unique technique that lengthens and strengthens the muscles of the body by working on the fascia. Your Trainer acts as the weight machine you provide “resistance” against in order to move your arm and/or leg through different patterns of movement thereby stretching and strengthening your muscles at the same time. The idea behind this dynamic movement is to stretch the stronger muscles and strengthen weaker muscles in order to provide balance in the muscles. This allows the muscles to work more efficiently and simultaneously provides stability in the joints. This technique can not only increase flexibility and muscular performance, but it will also help heal old injuries and prevent future ones and also enable you to move better and live better.

Our specialized system of Resistance Stretching — The Flexibility Lab Method releases excess fascia, the dense connective tissue which builds up through misalignment, trauma, chronic pain/injury and bad posture. Stretching utilizing our method will result in a pain-free, mobile and efficient body.

Flexbility Lab has something for everyone. We offer private and semi-private sessions for Every Body. Our experienced and knowledgeable Instructors will help you to achieve your goals in a fun, relaxing environment.

Get Certified! We offer Four Levels of Instructor Certification for the Flexibility Lab Method of Resistance Stretching, as well as several Masters’ Level Continuing Education workshops for the Experienced Instructor. We also offer a three hour-Introduction to Self-Stretching Workshop and a one day Mashing Workshop. Our Mindbody Services Program also offers Instructor Certifications and workshops in Pilates, Yoga and Personal Training.
